1. Supplying, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of 02 Nos. 20.00 H.P Centrifugal Pump Motor Set for Block-A (1250 Sft 104 Nos. Residential Falt), under the Project of Construction of 143 Nos. (Revised 182 Nos) Residential Flats (1250 Sft. & 1060 Sft.) for Selling to the Government Officers at Lalmatia, Mohammadpur, Dhaka (Self-Financed) under Dhaka Division-2, National Housing Authority.
2. Providing and Installation of Gate & Compound Light in the Campound of the Project for Construction of 143 Nos. Residential Flat (1250 Sft. and 1060 Sft. each, at present 182 Nos Flats of which 104 Nos. 1250 Sft. Flats and 78 Nos 1060 Sft. Flat) at Lalmatia Housing Estate, dhaka for Selling to Government Officers.
3. Construction of Pucca Surface Drain, Drain Slab & RCC Sewerage Pipe Line under the Porjcet of 360 Nos. 16-Storied Residential Flat for Selling to Govt.
4. Constrution of Bituminous Carpating Road under the Project of 360 Nos. 16-Storied Residential Flat for Selling to Govt. Officer.
